Hi, I’m Dean. I’m a husband, father, pastor, church planter, and believer in the life-changing power of radical generosity. This page shares a little of my story—and a few ways we might make a difference together.
In 2007, my wife, Dianna, and I launched North Ridge Church here in Asheboro, North Carolina, alongside our three children. As we began that adventure, God provided everything we needed. In the years since, He has continued to amaze me with His faithfulness and provision.
Through it all, I have learned a simple truth: God is good, and He can be trusted.
God has been incredibly generous to me, so it is my joy to be radically generous to others.
In 2016, I met a team from Casas por Cristo who invited me to travel to the Dominican Republic and help build a home for a family in need. Since then, I have had the privilege of helping provide more than 30 homes for families in several countries.
Few experiences compare to placing the keys to a new home into a family’s hands and reminding them that God is good and He can be trusted.
These trips have also become one of the most powerful tools for spiritual growth that I have ever experienced. Serving together changes people. It deepens our faith, strengthens relationships, and helps us understand God’s generosity in an entirely new way. This ministry has made a lasting difference in the life of our church family.
Today, I help other churches connect with Casas por Cristo, organize teams, and experience building a home together. I would love to help you, your family, or your church discover a meaningful way to share the generosity of God and the gospel of Jesus with others.
Maybe it’s time to build something that matters.
I would love to take you with me.
