North Ridge Students is a safe and awesome place for middle and high school students in our community to gather together to learn about Jesus, develop meaningful friendships, and be equipped with the necessary tools to be spiritually prepared for life outside of school!
Student Worship - Sunday Nights
When: Every Sunday Night from 5:30p - 7:00p (Free dinner served beforehand)
Where: North Ridge Church, Building 3 (The Porch)
What can I expect?
Students can expect a warm and fun environment filled with worship, games, and teaching. Our Student Pastor provides a teaching from the Bible and students will discuss how to apply what they learned in grade and gender specific small groups. This is the place to be to grow in Christ-centered community!

Parent Night | April 19

Where: North Ridge Church - Building 1
Parents of rising 5th–12th grade students are warmly invited to join us for a special evening designed just for you. Parent Night will include a shared dinner, a time of meaningful worship, and a clear vision for how Student Ministry can play a significant and lasting role in your child’s spiritual growth.
This gathering is intended to encourage, inform, and partner with families as we invest together in the next generation. You will hear about our heart for students, the biblical foundation behind our ministry, and the intentional ways we seek to disciple young people during these formative years. There will also be opportunities to ask questions, connect with leaders, and learn how you can support and strengthen your student’s faith journey.
We believe that what happens during the middle and high school years matters deeply. Parent Night is an opportunity to step back, gain perspective, and be reminded that investing in your student’s spiritual life is one of the most meaningful commitments a family can make.
We look forward to sharing this evening with you.

All rising middle school students are invited to their very first night of Student Worship! This special evening is designed to help incoming students experience the energy, community, and purpose that make Student Ministry such a meaningful part of church life.
Students will enjoy engaging games, uplifting worship, and a clear, encouraging message from God’s Word. They will also have the opportunity to meet leaders, connect with older students, and begin forming friendships that can support and strengthen their faith in the years ahead.

Where: Pick-up and drop-off at North Ridge Church
The Great Asheboro Race is an across-town photo scavenger hunt adventure where students will be split into teams, paired with drivers, and sent out across Asheboro to complete hilarious challenges. Teams will race against the clock to capture as many ridiculous photos and creative videos as possible as they compete for bragging rights and the title of champion.

Guatemala Trip | July 26-July 31
There will be no student events during this period. Please pray for our Casas team as they travel to Guatemala to build a house and witness to the people!
Church at Badin Lake | August 16
Meet at North Ridge on Sunday morning at 8:00a. Plan to pick your student up at 4:00p.
We’ll begin the day by worshipping together at a local church on Badin Lake, setting our hearts and minds on the Lord as a student ministry family.
After worship, we’ll spend the afternoon enjoying all the fun the lake has to offer with boats, jet skis, swimming, a cookout, and more. It will be a wonderful day of worship, fellowship, and summer fun together.
We’ll begin the day by worshipping together at a local church on Badin Lake, setting our hearts and minds on the Lord as a student ministry family.
After worship, we’ll spend the afternoon enjoying all the fun the lake has to offer with boats, jet skis, swimming, a cookout, and more. It will be a wonderful day of worship, fellowship, and summer fun together.

Join us July 3–5 for our Student Beach Camp at Garden City Chapel! This three-day trip is designed to give students a chance to grow spiritually, build friendships, and enjoy time together at the beach. We'll spend the weekend worshiping together, studying Scripture, sharing meals, and making lasting memories through group activities and free time by the ocean.
